Why Choose Joy?

On June 24, 2003, my 43rd birthday, I woke up the exhausted and in pain, like I had felt for years. I resigned myself to being overweight, unhappy and unhealthy. I felt isolated, ashamed, overwhelmed and defeated. I felt like a victim of my circumstances, with no way to turn my life around. I had given up hope.

But that day was different. Why? That was the day someone saw for me what I couldn’t see anymore for myself…hope. Hope that more was possible. That was just the beginning of a dramatic life transformation! My desire is to be the catalyst you need to make lasting, positive change. I hope I can inspire you to create your JoyFull Life. I hope to give you the encouragement, guidance and resources to not only build your JoyFull Life, but also to share that Joy with others – The JoyFull Life Project!

That day changed my life because I made a choice. I chose an attitude and life full of Joy. How about you? How about those you care about?

So ask yourself this, “If I knew I couldn’t fail, what would I want my life to look like?”

How would you be feeling? What would you be doing? Who’s lives would be impacted by your decision to be on purpose creating a JoyFull Life? Would you want to be the one helping others find Joy?
