Healthy Body: What Motivates You?

A JoyFull Life is composed of Six Elements: Healthy Body, Mind, Spirit, Finances, Relationships, and Experiences. Each of these elements work together to create a JoyFull Life and they affect each other on different levels. A great example of this is our physical health, a Healthy Body.

Can you think of some ways in which physical health can impact the other elements? How can good, or poor, health affect your mind? What about your experiences?

Believe it or not improving our physical health is often the easiest and fastest way to impact our overall health and it’s a great way to create momentum for change. Even a small change, just a few pounds, can make a BIG difference. The rise in self confidence that positive health changes bring can be a well of inspiration for more positivity in your life. It’s like a ripple in a still pond, you just have to throw a small pebble in to bring change.

So, whether you’re just starting out on your journey towards physical health or you’ve been traveling your path for some time, what motivates you? What keeps you moving towards your goals? Maybe you want to keep up a little better with your kids. Maybe you want a stronger heart for everyone in your life. Maybe it’s a truly physical goal like a 5k run or swimming a lap. I want to know what motivates you, whatever that looks like to you!

For me, I want to inspire. I want you to know that no matter how old you are, no matter where you are in your health, there is hope. Hope that more is possible! It’s that inspiration, that motivation, which led to The JoyFull Life Project. I’m dedicated to helping as many people as possible not only find their Joy but share their Joy!
